Brooke Mueller has left her current rehab center and checked into another one. Apparently, someone leaked her admission form and all the sordid details are out. Admittance forms usually reveal the depth of a person’s issues with substance abuse when they enter rehab and Brooke’s form must have contained some juicy details. The rehab center is calling this a breach of security and Mueller is calling it a lawsuit waiting to happen. I can’t say that I blame her. Medical records are meant to be private, unless you’re Michael Jackson.

Once Brooke found out that her privacy had been violated she checked out of The Canyon rehab facility and into a more private, confidential and secure place. Brooke is going to sue and she should.

Michael Lohan says Lindsay needs rehab. Duh. Is this guy for real? The reason Lindsay needs rehab is Michael Lohan. Dude does not know when to shut up. He is constantly spewing his verbal diarrhea to anyone that will listen. And by listen, I mean pay him to talk. Michael is making the rounds once again on a Save Lindsay crusade.

Michael is telling all in the interviews but we’ve heard it already. Lindsay is drinking, taking pills etc. He plans on showing up in court and convincing the judge to lock Lindsay in rehab for 3 months. I don’t think a few months of court ordered rehab is going to help her. Lindsay is on one wicked downward spiral and she isn’t going to get help or straighten up until she wants it. The more Michael pushes the farther he is shoving Lindsay into addiction.

I can understand a father’s concern for their child. It’s natural. But what’s not natural is Lohan running to the press and divulging family secrets and leaking audio tape of private conversations. Michael Lohan is a scumbag and I feel sorry for Lindsay having a dad like that.

Charlie Sheen is heading off to rehab in a desperate attempt to save his own butt and possibly his marriage. Reports are that his wife Brooke Mueller is already in rehab nursing a crack addiction. I thought all those rich and famous people snorted cocaine not smoked crack. Can you imagine how much crack Charlie Sheen could buy? A crack rock iceberg size, big enough to take down the Titanic. They can just chip away at the thing for years. Which seems to be the problem.

Charlie has been off and on the wagon famously for decades for drinking but he’s stepped up his game (or lowered his standards) to include crack these days. Going back to the Christmas day fiasco between Charlie and his wife Brooke, you have to consider both were raging drunk at 8am after partying (and fighting) all night. I would think you’d have to have a little something extra to keep you going after a all night binge drinking contest. And by “something” I’m not referring to Red Bull.

Charlie hasn’t signed on for rehab quite yet but it could save him a lot of hassle as rehab is viewed kindly in the eyes of a court of law. Charlie will be under serious scrutiny after all his drama already this year. Which makes me think about that whole SUV of his being stolen and crashed. I don’t know if I buy that noise. Charlie could have easily crashed it himself and covered it up. Not too far fetched considering he threatened his wife with murder by a crooked cop. Nice guy huh?

Billy Baldwin is standing by his woman, Chynna Phillips and blasting critics who dare to gossip about his wife landing in rehab. Philips checked into a rehabilitation facility for anxiety. Hey, don’t they have a pill for that? Or would that constitute a whole other type of rehab?

Chynna is the sister of Mackenzie Philips and a product of the Mama and the Papa’s John Phillips. I’d be rather anxious myself with that family line up. These days Mackenzie is in rehab on the tv show Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew. Of course John Phillips died last year and all his dirty little secrets came to light with the explosive book “High on Arrival” written by Mackenzie.

Billy Baldwin is not thrilled with the new attention his wife is getting so he blasted the press (and nosy little people like us) by saying:

“It doesn’t really matter to me what’s being said about me in the press,” Baldwin told RadarOnline.com. “I have too many other things to worry about. I don’t care about what other people think. I care about my wife and my children.”

The Baldwin family have quite the reputation themselves and the strain of the media lately has been hard on both families. Hopefully Chynna can pull herself together and get help for whatever it is that really landed her in rehab.
