Heidi Montag is still trying to cash in on her plastic surgery fiasco. Heidi took to the Funny Or Die network and did a video spoof about her multiple plastic surgeries. While Heidi can see the humor in her cartoon life, what I don’t get is what she see’s in Spencer Pratt.

Spencer Pratt is following in wife, Heidi Montag’s footsteps and is planning on some plastic surgery for himself. Spencer wants lipo, chest implants and a nose job. Of all the people in the world these two are the most naturally fake and plastic posers, it’s beyond me why they feel the need to alter their appearances to this degree. I think they should dump the cash into some therapy. A personality transplant for Spencer and a brain transplant and some singing lessons for Heidi would be money well spent for this couple.
