Those crazy kids over in the UK have declared Lily Allen to be the “Sexiest Smoker” whatever that means. In fact they have a list of sexy smokers. 28% of 16 to 20 year olds surveyed said that Lily Allen is the sexiest female smoking celeb, followed by Sienna Miller, Russell Brand and Simon Cowell.

The next survey will be: Hottest Halitosis followed by Cutest Chronic Cough.
