Gary Dourdan is back peddling as fast as he can to squash domestic violence charges against his girlfriend, Maria Asis del Alamo. The story goes, things got loud in the Dourdan house and the cops were called. Maria was arrested after cops noticed scratches on Gary’s neck. According to Gary (now) they were just heat of the moment scratches and Maria didn’t Chris Brown him after all.

Apparently the cops are now buying the sex story and charges were dropped against Maria. So we all know exactly how Dourdan and Maria like to get their freak on. Unnecessary roughness = no penalty and there’s nothing wrong with that.

Audrina Patridge has a stalker. Why? I guess he likes big silicone implants surrounded by a sunken, bony chest. Audrina filed a 3 year restraining order against this guy last September but he decided to ignore it and came to visit her. Cops charged Zachary Loring with felony stalking and 3 misdemeanors for every time he broke the order by hanging out around Audrina’s place. All joking aside, it has to be scary having some dude stalking you. Bad things have happened to celebrities because of deranged fans. Hopefully this guy will figure it out and leave her alone.

Repeat offender Sean Penn may be going to jail. Last October Penn was involved in a smack down with paparazzi and his actions could land him in jail for a year and a half! Los Angeles City Attorney have filed two misdemeanor counts of battery and vandalism. Penn approached a photographer, kicked him and busted his camera. Temper, temper Sean.

Penn is notorious for his run-ins with the paparazzi going all the way back the the 80′s.
