Now that Charlie Sheen has figured out a plea bargain is no dice he is going with the age-old bullcrap: It never happened. “It” being the altercation between him and his wife, Brooke Mueller last December.

I don’t know about you, but if I were drunk and full of illegal drugs I wouldn’t call the cops unless there were no other choice. Especially if I were a celebrity. No matter how messed up you get, you just don’t drunk dial the cops.

So, for Charlie to say that the whole thing never happened is ludicrous. We’ll see how that works for him. There is no middle ground for “it never happened”. No wiggle room. I suppose he’ll say this under oath and it wouldn’t be the first time the truth was lost on Charlie in a court of law. I think it’s time Chuckie spent some more time behind bars.

Apparently this person is going to tell all and “all” involves sex and drugs. Child Protective Services will love this information. They’ve already been out to the house to check on Charlie and Brooke’s twins.

This is just another incident to pop up in the drama filled life Charlie has created for himself. It all might come catching up to him and crashing down once the court allows Charlie’s exes Denise Richards and Kelly Preston to testify against him in court. Sheen’s day is coming.

Sounds like Charlie has the same type of relationships over and over. I actually like Denise more than Brooke Mueller. Denise is a media whore but at least she isn’t a crack whore.

There is a chance that Denise will be called to testify about Charlie’s past when he goes to court over his Christmas day freak out with his current wife Brooke Mueller. Word is that she’s checked out of rehab and Charlie is in rehab right now.

Once Brooke found out that her privacy had been violated she checked out of The Canyon rehab facility and into a more private, confidential and secure place. Brooke is going to sue and she should.

Charlie has been off and on the wagon famously for decades for drinking but he’s stepped up his game (or lowered his standards) to include crack these days. Going back to the Christmas day fiasco between Charlie and his wife Brooke, you have to consider both were raging drunk at 8am after partying (and fighting) all night. I would think you’d have to have a little something extra to keep you going after a all night binge drinking contest. And by “something” I’m not referring to Red Bull.

Charlie hasn’t signed on for rehab quite yet but it could save him a lot of hassle as rehab is viewed kindly in the eyes of a court of law. Charlie will be under serious scrutiny after all his drama already this year. Which makes me think about that whole SUV of his being stolen and crashed. I don’t know if I buy that noise. Charlie could have easily crashed it himself and covered it up. Not too far fetched considering he threatened his wife with murder by a crooked cop. Nice guy huh?
