Singer Beyonce Knowles was all smiles along side her mother Tina Knowles as they unveil the “Beyoncé Cosmetology Center” at Phoenix House Career Academy in New York City. Today was an emotional day for Tina as she was once a cosmetologist herself and dreamed of opening a school were people could pursue their dreams as she did.
